He is a bilingual and bicultural marketing and communication consultant that combines his leadership development, advertising, public relations, promotions, consumer research, and innovation thinking to guide his clients to higher levels of success.
Javier has led private, public and non-profit sector marketing and integrated communication campaigns. He has worked at national, regional, and local levels with organizations including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Red Cross, Miller Brewing Company, Philip Morris USA, John Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth, Coca-Cola-Peru, and others.
As an entrepreneur, he spearhead an e-commerce start-up and co-founded a non-for profit organization, co-produced a community TV show and produced a talk business radio show. What drives him is creativity and innovative ways to bring brand purpose growth.
Javier holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance. He received an executive education from Harvard University’s Business School and the Northwestern University- Kellogg School of Management/Institute of Media and Entertainment.
