Thomas is an innovator and entrepreneur focused on the intersection of marketing and technology. Under his leadership, DCInno named Social Driver one of “DC’s Coolest Companies” and The Agency 100 identified Social Driver as the 7th fastest growing agency in the United States. Thomas is an advocate for innovation in education, diversity in business, and inclusion in technology. He mentors young entrepreneurs as a judge for The George Washington University Business Plan Competition, a contest his team won in 2011. In 2015, The Washington Business Journal named Thomas a Minority Business Leader and the mayor or Washington D.C. appointed him an advisor to the district government. Author Jeanne Meister included his views on how technology impacts the workforce in her book “The 2020 Workplace.” Thomas started his career at Cerner Corporation, leading new healthcare industry initiatives around the world. He has been a featured speaker at conferences including Mobile Commerce World and The National Press Club.
