She trains sales professionals and entrepreneurs on how to leverage their social influence and structures the implementation of online marketing plans for companies and corporations who want to reach web savvy consumers. Hilda has taken her 26 years of marketing “know how” and has amplified them through social media.
Hilda is a highly sought after speaker and travels the Country speaking on topics ranging from Entrepreneurship, Finance and Social Media Technology.
Hilda has received many accolades including being recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential Latinos in Silicon Valley, The San Jose’ Business Journal’s Women of Influence, the Greater San Jose’s Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Leading Latina Entrepreneurs, many others awards in business and for Community Service.
Hilda serves on many Boards as both an Advisor and Director. She is the Founding Officer of the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates, the National Immigration Reform Advocates and the newly formed California Latino Leadership Network. She is the Co-Director for the Bay Area Chapter of #LATISM Latinos in Technology, Innovation and Social Media, and was recently nominated as a New Americano by SXSWi 2013 Revolucionaria Awards.
Hilda’s interests include advancing solutions for social issues affecting Latinos, Women, Entrepreneurs and members of her Community. Hilda has long been an advocate for progress in all callings from business to humanitarian rights.
Hilda is a native of San Jose, born, raised, educated locally. Her hobbies include traveling, photography, spending time with family and friends and is one of the Valley’s biggest sports fans.
