In 1995 he gained the title of Electronics Engineer by way of the Faculty of Superior Studies-Cuautitlan (FSS-C) of the NAUM.
In 2000 he obtained the degree of Master in Sciences by the Center of Investigation of the National Council of Science and Technology (NCST) the Enseda Center for Scientific Research and Higher Education (ECSRHE) in the area of Telecommunications with a specialty in high frequencies.
In 2007 he obtained a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) in Russia, in the area of Radio receptors on board flight devices
In 2008 he finished a Post doctorate in the Faculty of Engineering in NAUM.
From 1995 to 1998 he worked as professor in FSS-C of NAUM in the field of electronics and communications. In the same period he entered NAUM’s Space Program, the University Program of the Investigation and Development of Space (UPIDS), where he participated as an assistant of the investigator in the microwaves laboratory in NAUM.
From 2000 to 2002 he worked in the company of satellite services Enlaces Integra in CONTEL (Telecommunications Complex).
From 2002 to 2003 he worked for Satelites Mexicanos (SATMEX) in Mexico City.
Currently he works as a professor in the Dept. of Telecommunications in FE of NAUM and as a space engineer within the Aerospace field at the Center for Higher Technology at NAUM in the state of Queretaro.
He helps the Dept. of Telecommunications of the Autonomous University of Queretaro – Jiriquilla (AUQ-J).
He is part of the communications team of on board and terrestrial, scientific microsattelites “CONDOR UNAM-MAI” in collaboration with Russia, and project “Quetzal” in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
He coordinates the technical part of project TubeSat ULISES 2.0 (the artist’s eye in space) in collaboration with CONACULTA.
He is an accredited member of the Secretary of Foreign Relations and the Mexican Space Agency before the U.N – Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space as an expert in the field of Space.
He is responsible for the design and implementation of the terrestrial stations (waves X, S, UHF and VHF) for Telemetria. He commanded and controlled the university satellites, in an international collaboration, on a mission in orbit.
He is the founding member of the Topical Network of NCST: Network of Space Science and Technology.
He is the founding member of the Mexican Society of Space Science and Technology.
He is the founding member of the University Network for Space.
A winner along with the team of CHT of the NCST fund 2014 for the implementation of the first national laboratory in CHT-FE-NAUM.
He has presented various conferences over experimental satellites and telecommunications in various institutions and universities throughout the country.
He has published various technical and investigative articles in various national and international journals. He has presented various works about the development of satellites in various national and international forums; in countries like South Korea, Israel, Tunisia, Czech Republic, Turkey, and the U.S.
